Founder

Nikita Richardson-Lowe is the Founder and Executive Director of RichKrew Inc., a youth-focused 501(c)(3) organization based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Born and raised in Altheimer, Arkansas, Nikita is a proud product of her community and a testament to the power of perseverance, service, and faith.

She is a wife, mother, mentor, and community advocate whose passion for youth development has shaped every step of her journey. A graduate of White Hall High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, her Master of Social Work from Walden University, and nine years after beginning the journey, her Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Motivated by a deep desire to provide students with the guidance she once needed, Nikita founded RichKrew Inc. to ensure that young people have access to the support, resources, and life skills necessary to thrive. Under her leadership, the organization has developed multiple empowering initiatives, including:

• Pathways to Life – A high school senior program preparing students for success in college, trade school, military service, or the workforce.

• Books & Barber – A literacy and mentorship initiative providing free haircuts while promoting reading and self-confidence.

• RichHer – A girls’ empowerment and life-skills program for middle-school girls, designed to build confidence, leadership, and healthy self-identity.

• RichSports – A developing program dedicated to providing free athletic development and sports training for youth.

Nikita’s work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves to be “rich” not in material wealth, but in knowledge, confidence, resilience, and purpose. Her commitment to breaking barriers, building community, and uplifting the next generation continues to transform lives across Arkansas.

Beyond her nonprofit leadership, Nikita inspires others through her transparency, faith, and unwavering dedication to youth and families. She proudly leads with love, service, and a heart firmly rooted in the community that raised her.
